TUC is owned and operated by Dr Jabir Akhtar, a Marlette Regional Hospital family physician for the past seven years. Dr. Akhtar received his medical degree from Grace University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at Akron General Medical Center and North East Ohio College of Medicine. Dr. Akhtar is a Board-Certified physician with extensive urgent care and primary care experience. He is also a certified medical examiner for DOT exams.
